2.1 Permitted Use
You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to use the website in any way that:
-
Violates any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation
-
Is fraudulent, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
-
Interferes with or disrupts the operation of the website or servers connected to it
-
Attempts to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website or its related systems
2.2 Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and images, is our property or licensed to us and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
3. Event Tickets and Admissions
Tickets, reservations, passes, credentials, and other admissions for experiences listed on this website (collectively, “Event Admissions”) may be sold, issued, or fulfilled by us or by third-party ticketing, registration, venue, restaurant, hospitality, or payment providers. Each Event Admission is a revocable license to attend the applicable event, subject to these Terms, any event-specific rules posted on this website, the applicable venue or operator rules, and the terms of any third-party platform used for the transaction.
-
Event dates, times, locations, artists, performers, parade routes, menus, programming, seating, capacity, and event components are subject to change without notice, including for weather, safety, production, scheduling, permitting, or other operational reasons.
-
Prices, availability, fees, taxes, service charges, delivery methods, and purchase limits may change at any time before checkout is completed.
-
You are responsible for reviewing all event details, order information, age restrictions, accessibility information, and delivery instructions before completing any purchase.
-
Lost, stolen, damaged, destroyed, delayed, or misdirected Event Admissions may not be replaced except as permitted by the applicable ticketing provider or event organizer.
-
Event Admissions may not be resold, transferred, copied, altered, or used for advertising, promotions, contests, sweepstakes, or other commercial purposes except as expressly authorized by us or the applicable provider.
-
We may refuse, cancel, or limit any order, including orders that exceed posted limits, appear fraudulent, violate these Terms, or are placed through unauthorized automated means.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure event descriptions and ticketing links are accurate and functional, but we do not guarantee the availability, accuracy, or functionality of any event information, ticketing link, Event Admission, or third-party platform. Posting an event or ticketing link does not guarantee that an event will occur or that admission will be available. We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of any third-party ticketing provider, and any disputes regarding ticket transactions should be directed to the relevant third-party.
4. Refunds, Cancellations, and Event Changes
Except as expressly stated at the time of purchase or required by applicable law, all Event Admission sales are final and non-refundable. Refunds, credits, exchanges, chargebacks, and cancellation rights, if any, are governed by the terms posted for the applicable event and by the policies of the third-party provider processing the transaction.
Events may be postponed, rescheduled, relocated, modified, interrupted, or cancelled for reasons including weather, public safety, artist or participant availability, production needs, venue requirements, permitting issues, governmental orders, or other circumstances beyond our control. If an event is postponed or rescheduled, your Event Admission may remain valid for the new date or may be subject to the provider’s refund or exchange procedures.
Events, hospitality experiences, and similar offerings may be subject to capacity limits, menu changes, substitutions, reservation times, venue policies, and service conditions. Dietary preferences, seating requests, and special arrangements cannot be guaranteed unless expressly confirmed in writing by the applicable operator.
5. Entry Rules and Event Safety
Admission is subject to validation of the applicable Event Admission and compliance with all event, venue, parade, restaurant, security, and operator rules. We and our event partners may refuse admission, remove any attendee, or revoke Event Admissions without refund where conduct is unsafe, disruptive, unlawful, abusive, intoxicated, in violation of posted rules, or otherwise inconsistent with the orderly operation of the event.
Attendees must comply with bag checks, screening procedures, age restrictions, identification requirements, credential checks, seating or viewing-area assignments, access restrictions, and instructions from event staff, security, law enforcement, venue personnel, and emergency responders. Prohibited items may include weapons, illegal substances, outside alcohol, drones, unauthorized recording equipment, and any item deemed unsafe or disruptive.
Outdoor and public events may involve crowds, loud music, lighting effects, moving vehicles or floats, weather exposure, uneven surfaces, limited seating, traffic controls, and other conditions inherent in live events. Attendees are responsible for their own conduct, personal belongings, transportation, and compliance with all posted and announced instructions.
6. Accessibility
We are committed to providing accessible information and event experiences where reasonably possible. Accessibility features, accessible seating, accommodations, service-animal rules, companion seating, routes, parking, and venue-specific access may vary by event and location.
If you require an accommodation or have accessibility questions, please contact us or the applicable ticketing or venue provider as early as possible before the event so that available options can be reviewed. We will make reasonable efforts to support accessibility requests, but certain accommodations may depend on venue configuration, capacity, timing, third-party providers, or operational limitations.
7. Publicity, Photography, and Media
By attending any event, you acknowledge that photography, audio, video, livestreaming, press, promotional recording, and other media activities may occur in public and event areas. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you grant us, our affiliates, sponsors, media partners, event partners, and designees the right to capture, use, reproduce, display, distribute, edit, and publish your name, image, likeness, voice, and appearance in any media for event documentation, publicity, marketing, news, archival, and promotional purposes without additional compensation.
Personal photography and recording may be restricted by event-specific rules, artists, venues, restaurants, or applicable law. Commercial photography, livestreaming, broadcasting, drone use, or recording for commercial purposes is prohibited without prior written authorization.

We do not warrant that the website, event information, or any third-party platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, current, accurate, complete, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
10. Assumption of Risk; Limitation of Liability
Live events involve inherent risks, including risks associated with crowds, travel, weather, performance activities, vehicles or floats, food and beverage service, loud sound, lighting effects, health conditions, security incidents, and the acts or omissions of other attendees or third parties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you voluntarily assume those risks when you use this website, purchase or obtain Event Admissions, or attend any event. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we and our affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, sponsors, partners, licensors, service providers, and event partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity, arising out of or related to the website, Event Admissions, merchandise, events, third-party platforms, or these Terms, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

This website may contain links to or integrations with third-party websites, services, and platforms, including ticketing providers, payment processors, merchandise providers, venues, restaurants, hospitality providers, sponsors, maps, social media services, and other event partners. Those third parties are independent from us and may impose their own terms, privacy policies, fees, refund rules, accessibility procedures, entry requirements, and customer support processes. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, products, services, availability, transactions, acts, omissions, or security practices, and your use of those platforms is at your own risk.
12. Changes to These Terms
